2025 live meeting:
Dear FGC colleagues,
I am very honoured that you have entrusted me with the right to organize the 2025 Meeting of the European International FGC Organizations Network in Klaipėda, Lithuania.
I have prepared a questionnaire for the meeting, which I kindly ask you to fill out. From your answers, I will be able to create a specific plan for your smooth and meaningful stay in Klaipėda.
The European Network Meeting will be held on March 25-28, 2025, in Klaipėda, Lithuania. Conference location: KUFA, Kultūros fabrikas, Bangų g. 5A, LT-91250 Klaipėda, https://kulturosfabrikas.lt/en/
Meeting agenda
Wednesday, the 26th, will be devoted for meeting, getting to know each other, communication.
Thursday, the 27th, the first day of Meeting will be devoted for presentations in the morning and Open space for discussions from the afternoon.
Friday, the 28th, the last day of Meeting we could have another session for Open Space and the rest of the morning will be devoted for summary of Open space topics. We will pass the relay to Belgium and close our Meeting. Meeting ends about 2 pm.
Saturday, the 29th, we plan a day trip to Curonian Spit for those interested.
The starting time of the meeting on Wednesday and other time for launch or I’ll write in agenda, when know the arrival date and time most of You.
The Meeting is organized by the Lithuanian Family Conference Coordinators Association and the Charity and Support Foundation ‘Dienvidis’, which provide Family Conference services in Klaipėda and throughout Lithuania.
